Shipping Policy (India) – The Paws Store

At The Paws Store, we strive to deliver your pet essentials quickly, safely, and with care.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 0–1 business days.
  • Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM IST.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro locations.
  • You will receive tracking details via SMS/Email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹500 – ₹40 shipping fee
  • Orders between ₹500 and ₹699 – ₹80 shipping fee
  • Orders ₹700 and above – Free shipping

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select orders.
  • An additional COD fee may be applicable at checkout.
  • COD orders may be verified via SMS/WhatsApp or call before dispatch.
  • The Paws Store reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
  • You can also track your order on our website using your order ID and registered mobile/email.

Delivery Delays

While we aim for fast delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

We will keep you informed in case of significant delays.

Packaging

All orders are packed with utmost hygiene and care to ensure safe delivery for your pets.

RTO (Return to Origin) & Failed Deliveries

  • If a customer is unavailable, rejects the order, or provides an incorrect address, the shipment may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • In such cases:
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Re-shipping will be charged additionally.
  • Repeated COD order rejections or RTOs may result in restriction of COD for future orders.

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
  • The Paws Store is not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
